Groups
What is it for?
We use groups (https://groups.epfl.ch), synced with the EPFL LDAP groups, to manage access to the resources.
We find this better than using the Unit’s accreditation group which may entail wider permissions and whose admins are usually busy and cannot be students. With groups, other members of the lab can take on admin responsibilities.
